Shipping policy

Purchases are shipped within 48 hours of purchase excluding holidays and weekends. Order information will be sent in an email as the item ships. Typically we will hold and ship items together in cases where pre-orders are made. 

Records are fragile and mistakes happen in the mail. All records are shipped in playable condition and its the responsibility of the recipient to notify the shop within 7 days that there was an issue.
